I finally got Ayu and Gabriel after...a really long wait. >.> I'm absolutely loving them though they were so worth it. I spent most of last night sanding Ayu, and she's lookin' good~ Now I just need to fix up Gabriel. But I guess It's no rush since I still need to order my airbrush to do their face ups with. I'm excited to try airbrushing them! I think it will turn out really well!
But...alas. It's time to go to work now.

I ordered my 2 new ones on thursday to replace the DoT dolls I just sold. A CP EL and CP SOO special (Gabriel and Ayu, respectivly). I hope they come home soon but since the event is going on at Luts who knows. D:

Meanwhile, at home Ciel and I am having issues lately as well. ;o; He just does not want his lips glossed. I've tried 2 times and both times his lips smeared. ;~; He has a custom wig coming in soon and I really wanted to take some pictures... But I suppose I still have some time to make him some new cloths and fix his mouth. At least I hope so.

Mmm everyone seems to have a doll journal so....

Yep, i'm turning mine into one hehehe.
I just finished making Ciel's white outfit. He needs some white shoes :/
He seems to be pretty happy with it. The pants fit him much better~
He needs some friends and such so I entered him into the DoA perfect match, so we'll see how it goes for him.

Since I can't seem to think up anything much else to say, lets go with my future doll list and below that the wishlist :D

Well, A-kon has gone and past and so has the drama thank god.

However, on a good note I'm back with new ambions a suppose. MD and I are really wanting to go to Animefest. The idea is to do KingdomHearts2 cosplay, and they want me to be Roxas. Hah. I think I'll look pretty funny but at least its pants right? She's going to try for Olette and we're gonna find a couple of guys to go as pence and hayner. The most likely victims are my brother and Aaron.

Also, I have this sort of renewed want to do art. But it seems my lack of being involved in the net art community is taking its toll in the form of me being totally un-motivated. But, my new goals are clear and i know what I want. ( to do lots of fan art and get a table at a con, either this year or next. Get my damn web comic off the ground. Start a studio with Neil and MD. Do a joint project with MD for rising starts of manga, this last one is mostly like throwing salt on a wound though. *cackles* Yeah I'm a bastard.)
So, I think the deal is just getting involved in an art community I like and getting the work I have done out for crit and such.

On a non art oriented goal, I want a Luts doll soooo bad. I've been wanting a SD but after checking out the Luts site, there are so many more options, and the dolls just have more of a maturity to them. So MD and I have decided we'll aim to buy one each and maybe try to combine on shipping. She's going to get a girl and I'm going to get a boy~ I have my eye on EL, and she has hers on the Dark SOO elf girl. Curse how expensive they are though. sob. But I think i'll find a way to come up with the money. Just caus i really want one. And oh god the money... ;s
Maybe I really ought to consider doing commissions, but then that just brings up the fact that I need a web site. ~__~ Its kinda silly but I think paying for a web site monthly is > than paying for a Ragnarok online subscription I hardly use.

But of course step one is still to get a job...and also to find an art forum I really like...

Ugh and did I mention I was late for class today? :/ I really really REALLY need to get to bed earlier...

Ok so, I'm going to A-kon with a load of people this year. Its the first time I'm going to a con in...I dont' know how long. But anyway, its the reason i'm starting this up again. I'm hoping to make a few new friends and such. So this will be a good spot to keep in contact mmhmm.
I'll start putting up info on the status on my current projects and maybe links to new art and such.

As of right now my current project is Ex-Libris. Which revolves around a 19 year old fox boy who was given the task of managing the old library in Niflheim. He finds a special book and things go downhill from there.
The Project has been in the conceptual stage for a while, I get too critical of myself when i get down to the written part when there aren't enough details hashed out unfortunately.
(I've been burnt out on this project lately, I think i've thought it to death, so I'm wanting to try to take on a joint project, where someone else writes and I do the art, maybe with a bit of writing influence too ;3 I'm trying to talk Sara into this.)

My second project for the summer will be getting a web site going. I really want to do it as a joint site with some friends, but i'm not so sure if they'd want to do it. But I'll ask more formally during the con, since they will all be around. But the idea behind this is a site with all our galleries, projects and stuff, and to encourage us to bounce ideas back and forth to help support each others ideas and projects. I know I need it myself and I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one. Deciding on a name is so hard though unfortunately.

This week I'm also making contact cards and maybe some stickers to give to people I like at the convention to sort of stay in touch. I really need to get to know more people...
